I just received my first bottle so I have not started them yet. I am disappointed that the directions on this site state "For adults, take 3 tablets daily on an empty stomach" so I ordered only 1 bottle thinking it would last a month. Yet on the bottle it states "For adults, take 3 tablets TWICE daily on an empty stomach"

Which is correct and best dosage?

Unsure what all the negativity is about difficulty swallowing these pills. Just swallowed my first and no trauma. Guess you just have to know how to swallow pills. Don't know how effective they are yet but easily swallowed for first time user.

I have been taking this product for 2 weeks. I take 5 pills in the morning after my morning coffee. It is easy on my stomach once I get them down. I think I see improvements but not sure. My only issue is I had to stop taking after 2 weeks due to serious constipation. Once I get myself back on track, I will try them again with a smaller dose and increase dosage over time to monitor my above situation.

Too hard to swallow - can never take full dosage. Typically I do not have any problems swallowing pills.

This supplement is very effective for improving the skin. Taken nearly every day my skin has a shine and appears to be more elastic. It seems to increase my own collagen production.

I have almost 6 months using this product. I've notice a big change in the quality of my hair, nails and skin.
Hard to swallow but I cut the caplet in half.

I have used this in the past along with biotin for hair growth. It works! I experienced hair growth where my hair had began thinning, along with thicker hair overall. When I stopped using it, eventually my hair became thinner again.
So, I am back on the program.

The pills are huge and uncoated. They often get stuck in my throat. It is recommended that you take 4 of these a day. I only take 3, as I don't want to spend my whole taking supplements.

Tablets are far too large. Edges are rough, irritating the throat when swallowing. Sometimes the tablets will only go half way down, causing me to either deal with it or cough it back up. Most unpleasant. Will try another brand, hopefully in capsule form.

I'm hoping the product will be good because of other's reviews. I'm willing to try this. The con is that others were right, it is hard to swallow. I cut in half as suggested, but leaves jagged ends that don't feel good in the throat. I then crushed the other half and that was better. Messy, but I will continue to crush just to see if this product is good.

People who are complaining about the pill being too large should cut it in half. There is a gadget that does that for you too.
