I have found this drugstore brand to work just as well, if not better, than high-priced "cult favorite" beauty brands. I agree with another reviewer that it goes on better if used with another concealer brush instead of just the included brush or your fingers. The sheer formula works great for my hereditary bluish undereye circles. It also covers broken capillaries well. I don't think it works quite as well on age spots -- probably need a thicker, creamier formula for that. I do notice that it settles in fine lines occasionally; I think this happens more if I don't use eye cream beforehand and let it dry completely. One con is the packaging tends to leak around the screw cap after a while.

I've tried C1-2-3-too pink, N1-2-3-too pale for me.. so I tried N4-5-too dark..can;t get the colors right. To bad.. otherwise I'd love this stuff.

I am very fair skinned. I went to the L'oreal website, completed their skin questionnaire and was told this was my shade. I also ordered the matching powder in C1. Too light, and gave skin a pinkish hue which I didn'tlike at all, it also did not cover my blemishes which I attribute to it being too light of a shade. I did like how it didn't irritate my skin and didn't feel too heavy so I decided to go with N 4-5 and ordered the powder in shade N2. I will let you know how that works out.

I don't know what "SS" is talking about - this concealer does a great job. I don't understand why anyone would complain about the concealer being lightweight. That's a good thing! A lot of concealers out there are so obvious when you put them on, you might just as well write "I'm wearing concealer" on your forehead. It just doesn't look good... This one is light, and it looks very natural. I use it on under my eyes and on an odd blemish here and there, and it does a great job concealing both. I do use a high quality brush to blend it, and have noticed that the results are poorer if I blend with my fingers or makeup square. It's fantastic with a brush, though. I also use mineral powder to set it. I don't know if this is the best concealer out there, but it's definitely the best I've tried.

The product description would have you believe that some special formulation makes this concealer highly blendable, but in fact what makes it blendable is its incredibly thin consistency. I've had foundations that were thicker and offered more coverage than this concealer. If you actually have things that you want to conceal, looks elsewhere, because this makeup is see-through.

Wow! I had been trying to use other concealers for years to cover up blemishes and red spots, and they all either didn't cover well enough or were cakey and unnatural looking. This has a beautiful applicator (like a little paintbrush!) All I do is put a little dot on all my trouble spots then gently blend. BAM they are gone! I would recommend some loose powder on top though to keep it from wearing off. Great product though!
