I have long used Gas-X for lower abdominal gas problems. Current chemotherapy makes the situation a lot worse. Gas-X still works well, in fact, it works better to break up the gas and reduce the pain than the prescription my doctor wanted me to use. Tastes pretty good too.

I did not find these to be as pleasant to use or as effective in results as the Gas-X softgels. They also tend to break apart when trying to remove them from the foil packet. Very inconvenient in my experience. I find the softgels to be MUCH more reliable, convenient & effective.
