This heater is just what i needed! i have a 2 bedrm 850sq.ft. apartment in which the heat is regulated to 72 degrees ,meaning we cant turn it up any higher and our floors are completely Tile throughtout the apt. I dread the winter time because it gets very cold in here and i knew i would have to get an electric heater this time around. I chose this one over others because i like the way it looks plain and simple, it matches my dining table set perfectly and it comes with a remote which is very cool! I tested it out on a cold day and kept my heat off all day, i only used this heater in my living room and WOW it really heated up my apartment...so good in fact that im not sure if i even need to turn my heat on yet. Also if you have kids this is very safe. obviously you dont want them to touch this when it's on but they cant stick little papers or toys through it like you could with those other big heaters. all in all very nice! took one star away only because i could have got it cheaper somewhere else.

This heater works great! It's lightweight, doesn't make a loud noise and really warms up my living room and my bedroom. I aso like the appearance of it's very classy looking!

I am worried about the strong smell and it has it even when turned off. I've written to the company asking about it and am hopeful that they'll respond because it seems like a potentially harmful situation. Others who have purchased the same model have also found the smell troublesome.

We had a terrible winter last year so I invested in 3 of these to save on my fuel bill. There was a barely noticeable rise in my electric bill and the 3 heaters warmed 2500 sq feet nicely all winter long, never had to turn on the furnace. We did block off rooms we were not using and sometimes would change the location of the heaters according to where we were in the house. But they are light & I am disabled but it was easy.
