Not worth the hype.

The oversized wand made application very difficult and messy. After application the mascara was not waterproof.

I have long, super-straight lashes, so like to curl them, and allergies that cause my sensitive eyes to run (nevermind the slightest breeze). As such, I have worn waterproof mascara for over 15 years. Most new mascara formulas pull the curl out of my lashes, and I've yet to see a formula or technique that would replace my curler. I've found waterproof mascaras help keep my man-made curl, as they're a little drying. This mascara not only keeps my curl, it's very long-lasting (best I've tried & I've tried a lot), doesn't smudge or flake, & gives great definition. Only problem is the handle - way too fat, so it's hard to control, leading to mistakes I have to clean up. Otherwise, this is the best mascara I've ever had.

I have bought many mascara's and find this one to be one of the best I've purchased. I will continue buying this one and hope they continue to produce it.

This mascara makes my lashes look thicker and longer. You will also need makeup remover for this product. However, I don't use makeup remover as I use what is left on my lashes after washing my face as a base coat, this way I don't have to use that much mascara. You have to have experience in applying mascara though or you can end up with messy eyelashes. I use a clear base mascara first, let it dry, then apply the mascara and I have had no messy eyelashes.

I use the black-brown color, which isn't too obvious yet still enhance my light blonde lashes. It applies smoothly, but just use one or two coats or it can clump. I recommend wiping off the brush before applying. It is hard to remove, but I enjoy that because I do not want it to rub off during the day.

I love this mascara. It lengthens my lashes so much that they almost look fake. I LOVE IT!!! The only thing that is a small issue for me is that it is difficult to remove, but that's not really an issue for a WATERPROOF mascara is it? I use Bare Escentuals Bare Eyes and it comes off really easy. All I do is put a few drops on a cotton swab, hold it on my eye for about 20 sec. and they wipe away the mascara. Easy peezy! :) Another cheaper remover that I've tried that really works using the same method (hold on eye for 20 sec.'s then wipe away) is Almays waterproof makeup remover (the one with 80 pads). The downfall to Almay's is that it is REALLY greasy were as Bare Escentuals is not greasy AT ALL!!! Hope this helps you.

Way too much clumpy product on the brush. Yuk. Too much hype and bad product delivery on the brush!

Lot of Hype. Yes, you get length but, no volume. Just spidery wisps. Gives the look of Caberet Comique. Add more than two coats & it's clumpy. Hard to remove even with oil based removers. I'll stick with Max Factor Lash Perfection Waterproof.
