Great, comfortable earplugs!

Plugs go in easily, but for me, they seem to be too large. As the foam expands, they extend well past the outside of the ear canal. In addition, the foam doesn't seem to be dense enough to stop the sounds, i.e. snoring, power equipment, etc. I've had a couple other brands that worked much better. Best I've found to date is AEARO Company E.A.R Classic.

I was skeptical that these earplugs would really work, even after reading the positive feedback from other users. But, I decided to give them a try and they really do work! They were comfortable towear, easy to put in my ears and I was able to sleep through the night without being woken up by my husband's very heavy snoring. I plan to take them with me on my trip to Europe and plan to use them on the plane. I would higly recommend this product!

I was apprehensive at first use because the ear plugs were so soft and comfortable. They were also very easy to insert into my very sensitive ears. I use ear plugs every night because my husband is a heavy snorer. These ear plugs completely deadend all sound coming from him in the night and are so effective I don't even hear the alarm clock in the morning and he has to shake me to waken me. My sleep has been straight thru the night since using these ear plugs.

I have searched for over two years to find ear plugs that really do what they promise. My husband snores like a freight train (actually a freight train is quieter!) and so does my dog who sleeps with us. These ear plugs really DO work.

I have attempted to sleep next to an extremely loud snorer for years and in that time have tried out many different brands of ear plugs. I read all the reviews and took into account the NNR and went with the Hearos for my next experiment. I must say these are the best I've found so far. They are indeed soft, which is important to me because I've discovered that the opening to my ear canal is pretty sensitive. If you follow the instructions and pull up on the ear while inserting the rolled up ear plug it does go in easier and blocks more sound. I also find that these don't fall out in the middle of night because of this method. My only complaint is that they only last a few nights at most and then they aren't as firm and don't work as well. I'm assuming this is because it is absorbing the natural oils from our skin which compromises the composition of the foam. I dislike that because I have to spend more money to get more and they are full of chemicals which are just going to sit in the landfill for the next thousand years or so. I will continue to use these because they work in blocking out the noise factory in the bed beside me and I can get some decent sleep.

I wear ear plugs a lot. I live in a noisy neighborhood so I wear them when I sleep, when I fly (usually weekly), and when I ride motorcycles. I'm oretty detail oriented, so I went out to 5-6 stores and bought a pair of every earplug that I could find and compared them all. These bliue Hearo's came out on top for sleep and air travel. They actually block too much noise for motorcycling and are too difficlut to use for that (the Hearo's silicone ones won that category), but otherwise these are the best earplugs that I have found.

No Ticking, No Trucks on the Turnpike!

I use the Hearo's as suggested, and they work better than any other ear plugs I've tried over the years. I have a gorgeous retro electric clock that has a second hand which ticks, right next to the bed, and I find that it interferes with my bedtime routine of deep, slow breathing...it'll sound weird, I know, but I find myself breathing in time/rhythm with the clock. When I put in the Hearo's, I can't hear the ticking, only the sound of my own breathing and my heartbeat. No more whining trucks on the turnpike half a mile to the south of my bedroom window. No more hearing my condo neighbors moving to and fro during the night. No more hearing the newspaper hit the back door at 3:15! Blissful sleep!

These don't work for me but my mom loves them so I'm giving this positive review for her. My mom loves Hearos because they're softer and the tapered bullet tip is more comfortable for her to wear. They block out enough noise for her to sleep easily. (Not me.) I guess it all depends on personal preference. I buy Flents for me and Hearos for her.
