This is a great matte bronzer for fair skin. I use the Classic Ivory then I use this lightly as a bronzer. I've been doing this for years now. I don't like shimmer in a bronzer and this is totally matte, highly pigmented (a little goes a long way), and it's a golden bronze shade (not too orange for me). I have rosacea and this tones it so that the natural rose in my cheeks combined with this gives a very natural look. The rosacea friendly mineral SPF makes this a big winner for me. I do find that sometimes I breakout if I use too much. It's a balancing act to get good SPF without occluding my skin and causing blemishes.

Although this is more of an expensive foundation I have not found anything that beats this! During the warmer months of the year my skin gets very oily and this foundation works perfectly. It's also very natural looking. The only con is the price but in my opinion it's well worth it.

Like the first reviewer, I too am grateful that this shade matches my skin tone. I had been eyeing the mineral foundation and concealer for a while and finally decided to try them both. I am so glad I did. Since I have hyperpigmentation, I need a foundation that offers buildable coverage, and this one does. The coverage is smooth and creamy, and the foundation lasts a long time. I even pressed a piece of tissue against my face after I applied my makeup to see if it would rub off, and it did not. I love the antioxidants the makeup contains. Neutrogena Mineral Sheers is the brand I have been looking for, and I will purchase these products again. My only complaint would be to create more shades of foundation and concealer so that all women can enjoy these products.

I was wondering why no one had written a review of this particular shade! It is a shame that Neutrogena does not make any shades darker than this, but I am grateful that my skin tone matches exactly with this shade. I like that this pressed mineral powder goes on flawlessly and makes me "dewy." I've never gotten that with any other mineral foundation. I switched from Bare Escentuals to this foundation about a year ago. I'm never going back to anything else. It's inexpensive for what it does for my skin!
