I work out every day, eat well, but still felt like I needed to tighten my upper thighs. This product, with a healthy life style and work out routine seems to actually work.
I believe it did do something. As directed, I used it for ~2 months, which turns out to be about 2 tubes. It's not recommended that another type of lotion is used at the same time, and you should use it after showering every day. So you're looking at 2 months of no self-tanner or lotion. The appearance of cellulite is reduced some, but not completely eliminated. As long as your expectations are not excessively high, you'll probably be happy with this.
Intensive Use: apply to the desired areas once a day after bathing. There is no need to massage. For more visible results, continue the treatment for at least 60 days. Preventative Use: use two to three times a year, applying daily over a period of 30 days.
