I took my 7 year old son to a water park and I applied the sunblock, rub it in very well all over his body and his face, one lour later I sprayed him again. Sometime went by and we decided to go home. Well after we got home, my son was burned badly on his back, chest, shoulders and face, everywhere I applied the sunblock. I am very disappointed especially because it's suppose to be SPF 70. My son had two sleepless nights because of his burns.

I used this product to all day at a tennis camp. Protection was great. I never burned all week after 5 hours in the sun everyday. It smells very nice and the spray applies evenly in a strong misting and cooling way.

I have been using this all summer on myself and my kids and have been nothing but satisfied. It goes on evenly and is non greasy and doesnt leave a wet feeling when it is put on like some sunblock sprays do. I always reapply, especially on the kids throughout the day and have never had a problem with sunburn.

I normally love Aveeno. I am very fair skinned and bought this because it said it was great for people who burn easily. While at the beach, I applied every hour and still got one of the worst sunburns I have ever had.

I usually really suffer from greasy sunblock formulas that do not allow your skin to breath, thus making you feel even hotter in the scorching summer heat. This is the only clear, non-greasy formula that actually allows your skin to breath underneath it. Never burnt wearing this sunblock, although , unlike the previous reviewer , I cannot claim that I have spent 4 hours in the direct sun at the hottest time of the day. I actually asked the Derm during my annual check up, and according to him there is no sunblock that will allow for a complete protection, and all sunblocks need to be reapplied every 2 hours , especially when at direct sun from 11am-4pm.

I have always trusted Aveeno products; and I need a high SPF. I thought these two needs would come together in a great product. I applied the sunblock very liberally about 12:30pm and was in the direct sun for about 4 hours. By the end of that time I was burnt. Cheap brands have never disappointed me this much... Also it does NOT say anywhere on the label this product is meant for the face.

Great sun protection! Used this before we went out to a summer park and it was sunny and 92 degrees. Spent a total of 4 hours in the direct sun and didn't get burned at all. Was a little greasy when first put on, but that went away a little later.

I never used sunscreen and neither did my boyfriend until recently when I realized I might have melanoma. Since I got serious about sunscreen, I have tried many different ones. Of all of them, this is my favorite. It is so easy to use! Also, because it requires a few minutes to dry, it creates a good excuse to apply sunscreen a while before you go into the sun (the right way to do it). My boyfriend and his friends also love this stuff. They are always in the sun riding their sport bikes and they HATE to use sunscreen, but now they call us in advance to make sure we bring the sunscreen!
