Most every weight loss product out there contains some form of stimulant, usually caffeine. Most caffeine is obtained from coffee manufacturers when they decaffeinate their coffee. The caffeine is pulled out of the coffee is sold to the diet product makers. So what you are doing is paying a lot of money for what you could cheaply get by making regular coffee. Of course, the diet aide makers add other unproven stuff in to make the product look like it is worth the price. However, read the statements that say their products are not used to prevent or treat any condition or disease and they make no claim to. In other words, friends, you are being ripped off.

I agree with the reviewers who say that it makes you feel sick, because it does, and it makes you really jittery. Definitely follow the instructions and increase your dosage gradually. I took this for about a week and a half so not enough to lose weight, so I can't comment on that. I had my good and bad days on it. I felt like my body eventually got used to it but one day the nausea was way too much to take so I decided to stop taking it. I want to start taking it again because I don't want the bottle to go to waste (I'm cheap!) and I do like how it gave me a lot more energy and made me sweat (not a plus for daily activities but great when working out), so I think I'm going to take minimal doses of it before working out just for that extra energy and sweat but I don't think I could handle taking the recommended amount. I think it's worth a try, different people react differently to it, I tried it because I know someone who lost a lot of weight taking it, so I know it can work, I just couldn't handle the side effects.

I have been using this product for 4 months and with a healthy diet and working out, I lost 17lbs and gained some muscle mass. I'm not working out to get really big, just toned. I take three pills in the morning when I wake-up and before breakfast and then I take three more before I work-out. I can definitely tell the difference when I forget to take them before I work-out. For example, yesterday when I lifted, I forgot to take my three pills before and everything seemed heavier and I could not do as many reps of the same weight I did last week.

Made me want to throw up. Got sick to my stomach everytime I took, with our without food. Have a whole bottle that I will never use now.

I have only been using this product for a couple of weeks & have not used it long enough to give it a fair review. So I will give it a full 30 days to be fair. I would like to say I take 2 capsules in the a.m. & it does not make me jittery & does control my hunger. I am ready to go on to the next level & will write again with my progress.

I don't know about weight loss but this product certainly gives you energy! I take one in the morning just as I'm waking up and in a few minutes have no problem springing out of bed to start my day when it's my nature to lie in bed dozing until noon. I don't take the amounts they recommend because it can make me too jittery but I take 1 in the morning and maybe 1 around noon and I'm fine for the day.

Don't believe the naysayers. MuscleTech products work -- this one is no exception. If you want to get that "cut" look, try this product along with a clean diet, and some time at the gym. I worked for me. It's too bad we can't post pictures; you'd see what I mean.
