I used to buy my Olive Oil Cleanser at DHC, where the cost is four times as much. I decided to do a search on Olive Oil Cleanser and this product popped up, so the price was right and I ordered it. It's great for cleaning my face and removing all of the makeup without making my face feel tight and dry like soap and some cleansers do. I love this product and will continue to buy it!

The smell of this product was so awful, I had to throw the whole bottle away. It didn't smell clean - it smelled like chemicals.

I love this stuff! It is the best face wash I have ever used, I have sensitive skin that breaks out very easily and this has really helped it.

I've been using an expensive olive oil cleanser for several years and it's been great. With the economy the way it is, I thought that I'd give this product a try because it was much less expensive. I'm very careful about the products that I purchase for my face because I have very sensitive skin. I read the label and it stated that the product was all natural, so I thought it would be OK. Unfortunately, this product caused my skin to become irritated and got to the point that when I'd put the product on my face, it stung like I'd put acid on my face. When that started happening, I quit using it. I'm sure the product is fine for someone that doesn't have sensitive skin, but it was too harsh for mine.

This is simply the best cleanser I've ever used. It was gentle but deep cleansing. It left my skin soft and glowing.

I had a coupon and needed to by a new cleanser for my face that was within my budget. I thought I would give this one a try because olive oil is good for your skin. The first time I used it I was impressed by the way my skin felt clean and soft with being dry. I have very dry skin and this one is gentle enough to use every day.

St. Ives has put out better products. Their olive cleanser didn't make me break out, but I wasn't impressed regardless. Yes, it does remove oil, but the deep clean feeling was barely there.

I bought this product in the beginning of the summer after reading some great reviews, and I was not disappointed! It has a nice, subtle smell and lasts a long time. It foams nicely and made my skin very soft. My only complaint is that it doesn't really do much for my light acne and occasional breakout. Before the stress of school resumed, it worked wonders for me, but now I need something with a little more power. Still a great product, probably will repurchase.

First let me say...I've been an avid user of a different popular acne face wash for 8 years...but lately have noticed that while it cleared up my skin marvelously...it seemed to do nothing for smoothness, or pore size. So, I started my quest for a new face wash. I've tried several other products...and some...and while most seemed to "get the job done"...none left me with the results I really wanted. I'd seen St. Ives elements Olive Cleanser at the store...but was hesitant to try it as it was a "new" product. I also usually like "scrub" facial cleansers...which this was not. However, due to a coupon...I decided to give it a try. And let me just say...this product is WONDERFUL. I've been using it for about a week now...and my skin is so much softer, smoother, even brighter. It's not irritating, and I haven't noticed a bad smell. I used it twice a day (before putting on make-up in the morning, and right before I go to bed). It takes off my make-up really well, and doesn't dry out my skin...nor does it leave my skin feeling oily. My face feels incredibly clean after using this cleanser. Now, everybody's skin is different...so what works for me may not work for you and vice versa. But, I would most definitely recommend giving it a try.
