The fit around the head seems a little loose relative to the base, but maybe my equipment is just oddly shaped.
Seriously, try this if you have problems with condoms pinching the base of your tool. I never considered myself large enough for a magnum, but I'm really happy with these. I've put them through the paces, no breaks, no slips, and they feel better than standard condoms for me.
The wrapper is obnoxious. I wish that Trojan would make these in a more discreet package.

I usually use the regular magnums or the XLs as I find they both fit me much better than most brands, and when I saw this new "thin" version I decided to give it a try since I have always found the original a little too thick. I am disappointed in the formulation of this new "thin" latex as it feels "crispy" like plastic and not at all strechy and soft like the original. First time I used one it broke during intercourse, a problem I've never had before; decided to try it again and got tired of the feel half way though and switched back to the much tighter fitting beyond 7 and what a difference in sensation. If beyond 7 could make a large size I would be a happy camper but for now i'll live with better sensation, better reliability, but a tighter fit!

I had no idea that I required magnum sized condoms since I hadn't required birth control in many years. Once I got the right size and got the thinnest size available, our romantic interludes improved dramatically!

Tried it and it does NOT stay lubricated long enough. Maybe my man just has a little too much stamina but it was NOT the business. Going back to the regular Magnum for sure.

Definitely worth the buy and this is the cheapest I've found them anywhere!! If you are bigger than the average guy then these are way more comfortable and thin is the way to go in order to maintain increased sensitivity. Before I found magnums the others would always be really tight - way more comfortable now.

For large-size condom users, there is not much choice out there. I have used 3 12-pack packages of the Magnum Thin so far: it is slightly thinner than regular Magnum, same size as regular Magnum, and not one breakage so far....enough said.

I have used the regular Magnum's for many many years with no problems. The first Thin one that I tried felt good for a few minutes, then it broke! I think I'd better throw the rest of the box away and go back to the regular ones.
For maximum benefits, it is important to follow the instructions for use printed on the inner side of this package. Failure to do so may result in the loss of benefits of a condom. During intimate contact, lesions and various body fluids can transmit STDs. Therefore, a new condom should be applied each and every time before any such contact occurs.
Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or storage for prolonged periods at temperatures above 100°F.
