I buy these by the case for my man as they're frequently out of stock in this flavor in the store. It is the perfect addition to his go to food stash if he missed breakfast or if he gets on a long call and is STARVING, but can't leave his desk.

I have been eating the bars as a meal replacemet for 2 meals a day and snacks. I'm doing very well losing weight. This is my favorite of all the flavors.

After weight loss surgery, I had to find foods that I could eat instead of all of my old favorites.
These bars satisfy my love of sweets but are high in protein and low in fat and don't weigh heavily in the stomach.

I LOVE these! This flavor in particular is amazing. I've eaten a lot of meal replacement bars from different brands, and every single chocolate one always tastes.....sort of fake. The Special K double chocolate really taste like you're eating a candy bar-they're like a cross between a nestles crunch bar and a granola bar. I actually look forward to having one!

i buy these for myself as a lunch meal replacement bar when i'm in my diet mode. I also buy them for my daughters, who play a LOT of soccer. If we're in between games or after a long practice, this bar will go a long way in holding them off between meals. It has a lot of protein in it and doesn't upset anyone's stomachs (which is good when they are on a soccer field for 35 minutes at a time!)

I love Special K Meal Bars !
while I am also a big fan of Genisoy protein bars (chocolate mint), special K has smaller in size and lesser in calories ..

I eat either of them as a breakfast replacement with coffee (plain) and they go great together!
I usually get too full with genisoy and personally I don't like to have heavy breakfast (unless special occasions) so I usually perfer special K meal bars over genisoy!
(though I do crave for genisoy time to time =D )
