I tried this because I was trying to soften the few brown spots I had and after one month it did absolutely nothing. It is more of a iridescent face cream which is why it looks like it brightens the skin. It was also not very moisturizing, but felt more like it coated the skin to make the top layer feel soft. I will not buy this again.

Like the other reviewers I was a bit hesitant to spend this much on a face cream. However, promises of diminishing brown spots always hook me in. I am SO happy with this product! I have been using it for about a month now and my overall skin tone has definitely approved. The brown spots are not all together gone, and I doubt they ever will be, but they have definitely lightened. I am acne prone but this product has not caused any pimples. In fact, my skin seems clearer than ever. I am also using the Olay definity color recapture. I feel better about my skin than ever before!

I was skepticle that it would reduce the discoloration of brown spots, but it does work! It not only did that, but it erased the shades under my eyes and smoothed them out. It has calmed my redness and the only thing I use now is the tinted olay definity for make up! I love not having to wear foundation. They are both great products. I am done shopping for skin products on [@] and other sites. Thanks Olay!

I have very dry skin - except in the "T-Zone" - and I can use a cream for day time use, where most people cannot. For most people, using cream would cause their face to be oily by the end of the day.; but not mine. I am the Queen of Cream and I will try most products when they first come out (excluding expensive department store brands). I also have very sensitive skin and cannot use the same product everyday over a long period of time. If I do, my skin will break out, or become irritated and red. This Olay Definity night cream is the first one in the 30 years I've dedicated to taking care of my skin, that I can wear every night with no break outs and no skin irritations. In the morning, my skin is hydrated, smoother and SO soft. The first few mornings after using this cream at night, I couldn't stop touching my face because it felt so smooth. Two of my girlfriends asked me what I was using; new make up or "some new miracle cream" because they both thought my skin looked amazing. I NEVER go to sleep without removing my make up, cleansing, then moisturizing my face, even back when I was in my 20's. This is the dedication I meant when tending to my skin. But, every BODY is different and just because this product works very well for me, doesn't mean it will work for you. I definitely proclaim myself to be a facial moisturizing know-it-all. But you can only try this product out and see for yourself.

after 4 weeks , I see the change on my face and neck skin and make it white , until now I used it 4 weeks I am sure if I complete the treatment 8 weeks I will see the real change

I bought this because of the promise that it would help discolorations. But it is so sticky and uncomfortable that I can't use it! And it smells bad.

I also was hesitant to purchase it because of the cost but I figured I'd probably spent ten times that over the years buying cheap hydroquinone products. I don't have wrinkles but I have dark spots on my jaw line from a bad breakout years ago, dark circles under my eyes, and overall uneven skin tone. After the first couple of nights, there was noticeable improvement of the under eye area. Its been about two weeks and the spots on my jaw line have started to fade. They are still there, however. The package says it reduces discoloration within eight weeks. I am happy so far but will reserve final judgment until it's been eight weeks. If it keeps up at this pace I'm confident the spots will be gone and I will buy another jar to help maintain my new glow. I will check back in six weeks for a final review!

First let me express I was hesitant to purchase this item due to the expense and the fragrance (I prefer no fragrance for my face); however, I have used for almost 10 nights and I have seen a huge improvement in the look of my facial skin! I am quite impressed and hope as time goes on it keeps improving. I will definitely purchase again. I do wish it was a little less, but a good investment for clarity & the appearance of wrinkles. OLAY THUMBS UP!!!
