I take this product every night around 8pm. I have several indoor and outdoor allergies and Cetirizine generally helps me through the non-severe allergy seasons. Before taking it, I used to get red spots on my face and have sneezing/runny nose attacks when I was cleaning. With Cetirizine, I have had none of those issues. It certainly helps during the spring and fall, but I'm not sure anything can counter-act the worst allergy days completely. My son is allergic to grass and has a severe reaction in early May. The combination of Cetirizine and Singulaire works like a miracle for him. I only buy Zyrtec from [...], where it turns out to be the same price as Cetirizine. From what I can tell, the products are comparable. Good luck!

I live with cats, and I need antihistamines all the time. Xyzal (levoceitrizine) is better, but too dam. expensive. You should be ashamed of making such excess profits on the backs of working people who are having such a hard time! This drug should cost no more than chlorpheniramine or benadryl.

Now that Zyrtec is sold over the counter, why not go to the generic versions of it? This is a good brand and is lots cheaper than going for the original named version.
