I have all my clients buy the extra large swiffer and the cloths to go with it. I have found it reduces the time spent sweeping a floor by AT LEAST HALF! I do not understand why these are disappearing from store shelves!! It makes absolutely no sense to use the smaller ones unless you actually ENJOY taking twice the time and have nothing to do with your time. I am serious about this...you must never discontinue making this product or its refills.

didn’t see my review on screen so here it is again. We all know to use 2 regular sized wet cloths. Have YOU tried it? think about your design, R&D. When you have 2 cloths side by side, the green strips lift the pad away from the floor. Must do multiple passes over same area to get surface contact. POOR design

We know that we can put 2 regular wet cloths side by side. But, did you try it? Using 2 side by side, you turn them crossways to fit. Think about your design. A green scrubbing strip is across each one. Having 2 strips (thicker than the rest of the cloth), perpendicular to the length of the mop head, prevents complete surface contact. Need multiple passes in different directions

No XL Wet Pads

Putting two regular size wet pads on does not work well. The pads are barely big enough to stretch over the bottom, and they frequently come off while mopping. Had I known this, I would not have purchased it. Waste of money until they make proper-fitting wet pads.

Why on God's green earth would you make a product with no product refill to use? Why is there no XL Wet Pad?? This is very misleading and quite frankly makes me angry as I wouldn't have bought the product if I knew there was nowhere to buy XL Wet Pads!! I highly recommend you make the XL Wet Pads and give a box of complimentary refills to those who bring this to your attention.

No wonder I found this on sale at a discount store. Once people find out Swiffer doesn't make wet refills for this size why would they purchase it? If you are going to make a product that requires refills make sure you actually make and sell the refill product. The small size wet refills do not fit even if you stretch them!

Bought and love the dry cloths but, upset that you can't buy wet cloth refills.I was looking forward to the convenience of wet wipes to use for a quick clean up of spills. Misleading! Two of the smaller wet ones...really? Not exactly a good solution. It does explain on the box...2xwet...which I suppose meant you have to use two.

Why can't I buy x-large wet cloths to fit the mop head? Putting two 10-inch cloths on the head makes for uneven cleaning. When I bought the kit, I mistakenly assumed that the 2 wet cloths in the kit would each fit the mop head. I later read (in small print on the back) that it takes 2 cloths. It is not up to the standards I expect from your company.

I bought the XL Swiffer sweeper when I moved into a house with only hardwood floors thinking it would help me out a lot. Not only are there no refills made for it I hear that I am supposed to use 2 of the smaller wet clothes to use. You should have never made the XL wet swiffer sweeper or at least made the refills to go with it. JLBJ
