I find I have sufficient energy during the day and even sleep better while taking this supplement daily. It does have a strong smell, but you do get used to it. Suggest sticking to daily use for maximum benefits.

This is the best Vitamin B supplement I have found. It is a really small tablet compared to any B-complex I have taken before, very easy to swallow. It has the right amount of B complex and vitamin C. I will definitely keep buying this!

There is a common misconception that water soluble vitamins can't be toxic. This is mostly true. Vitamin B-6, B-3 (niacin), and vitamin C can be toxic at high levels. However, this B-complex vitamin does not provide ridiculously high B-6, niacin, or vita C levels. All of the other vitamins in this tablet are essentially nontoxic to humans. It was very difficult to find a vitamin with low levels of B-6 and B-3, with aggressive doses of b-1, b2, and b12. I'm a 5th year doctor of pharmacy student who was looking for increased food metabolism to help increase my energy in the gym. So far i'm happy.
