I have to have my Vitamin D levels checked regularly and this brand seems to get me to the appropriate level -- it's great that it comes in 1000 IU increments, that way I can take less in the summer when I'm exposed to more natural sunlight, and more in the winter.

I take two of these gel caps each morning. Vitmin D was recommended to me over a year ago by my Dr.. I can definitely tell a difference if I do not take it for a couple of days!

My vitamin D level was low so I had to take a vitamin D supplement. It did raise my vitamin D levels. Also my daughter's level was low so she had to take a supplement. Successful with raising her vitamin D levels. I guess it is common in the north to have low levels especially in the nothern winters.

this item was advertized as buy 2 get one free. However, I bought 2 and DID NOT Receive the one free as advertized. Why?
For adults, take one (1) to two (2) softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
