I need Calcium with D and was glad to find it in the soft gel. When I tried to swallow it, it it just wouldn't go down and had to gag to get it to come back up. I gave them to a friend who's the only one I know who can swallow a whole handful of pills at one time. Most people I know have a hard time swallowing large pills even the soft gels.
