I had this product in my drawer for about two years and hadn't used it because of the "crustiness". About a month ago my life went into overdrive and I needed something to help my eyes. I pulled the product out, mixed two drops with a dab of make-up in the palm of my hand and what a difference! No more crusty! Significant change after a week of using it!! I won't stop now and just ordered more! I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't so dry, but that feeling goes away after a few minutes.

I have used Sudden Change for over five years now. I really love it; it does work for the puffy bags under my eyes. It pulls them tight. I don't like the powdery, crusty look you will get if it is applied too heavily and not right on the area of the puffiness, and I wished it did last longer at least most of the day, but I still love it I just have to watch how I apply it. It does what I need it to do and makes the bags under my eye disappear. Thumbs Up on this product, please keep making it. Disappointed that more places don't carry it, used to buy it at Wal-Mart can't find it now.

This works great if you manage to get it just under your eyes right on the circles, but if you get it anywhere outside you look like you put toothpaste on your eyes. I'm somewhat impressed, but it is very difficult to get it right.

This product is totally amazing! I can't seem to go without it. This product will take years of your face. I never leave home without it. People are always saying I don't look my age I'm in my 40's and have grandchildren and often mistaken as my own daughter. GREAT FEELING! AMAZING PRODUCT! Wished you could find it at every store. This is a great quick fix for puffy eyes. I have used it for years. It makes my eyes look awake and refreshed. Even though I usually don't get enough sleep and work in a stressful job. Love this product!

I have tried many products purporting to work. It took me a while of messing around to use this product successfully, but have now found out it is by far the best and has tiny fibers in it! This means dilution still works! White marks are removed by using a Q-tip lightly dipped in non-greasy eye makeup remover and gently tapped on the offending parts. That is also the way to undo any bunched up effect, which can only happen if too much is applied, or if a face movement has occurred before the product has dried. Only a tiny amount, one drop, (two at most) spread out is needed. All this information should be on the instructions, but is not. I find Sudden Change lasts until I wash under my eyes the next morning. This is a great product for minimizing fine lines and puffiness, for men or women. Like anything good, it takes patience and practice. It is well worth the effort, and better than having surgery which can go disastrously wrong. No-one needs to have ugly puffy eyes anymore.

I have used Sudden Change for years, and I love it. I wouldn't leave home without it! When I get out of the shower in the morning, I apply an eye gel and leave that on while I'm drying my hair, etc. Before applying my makeup, I rub the eye gel in & that serves as a base for the Sudden Change. After I apply my foundation makeup, I apply Sudden Change on top of my makeup. I dab it with a Kleenex to smooth it out & let it dry for several minutes. Works great, and it stays that way for several hours. No crustiness or flakiness.

All i can say is...wow! I've seen this product for years on the drugstore shelves but never thought of buying it. I thought it was all hype. Lately, my eyes have been dark & puffy and I've tried everything. This stuff is a miracle. It's true, it does get a little crusty. I apply it after I apply my moisturizer & dab a little moisturizer on my eyes throughout the day, a small price to pay for product whose benefits are so amazing. The first day I used it, my husband actually said that I looked younger when he came home from work!
