Hi - I have tried this and found it to make NO difference in my puffiness. Reading all the reviews, it sounds like it works pretty good for everyone else. Can someone tell me what I might be doing wrong. Do you need to apply it for a few weeks before you see results? Thanks very much for any help anyone can give me.

I used the "Sudden Change instant under-eye serum" for at least 8-9 years. I thought it was a great product...it almost instantly firmed up the skin under my eyes for the entire day. Three days ago, I purchased a bottle, and noticed there is a name change. It is now called Sudden Change 3-minute under-eye serum". The problem is that it does not work as well as before and I think that the formula has been changed. I am very disappointed.

Sudden Change does leave a white crust. However, before I apply it I dab on a small amount of moisturizer. Within a minute, I add the Sudden Change. This holds for the day. I check it after 7 hours. If any crust shows, I apply another dab of moisturizer over it and it's good to go. I'm up at 4:00 am and have to be in public within 30 minutes. If I didn't have this product to rapidly decrease the puffiness under my eyes they would be mistaken for a set of luggage. I bought 3 bottles because I DO NOT WANT TO RUN OUT!!!

I have been using Sudden Change almost since it first appeared. When they discontinued carrying it, I almost panicked! I know I'd have to have any eyelift if I couldn't use this product, and I wouldn't be a happy camper. A tip: I use a drop under each eye, one at a time, and after I have applied the serum, I gently pat it with my index finger until I feel a sort of sticky feeling.

I have been using this product for years, and literally cannot live without it. It instantly firms up my undereye area - without this product, I would HAVE to get surgery to get rid of the puffiness. A little tip: I put the product in the palm of my hand, and roll a cotton swab in it then apply. I don't have the white crust when I do this. PLEASE don't ever stop making this product!!!

It does take away puffiness, wrinkles, and circles immediately...however, it tightened the skin around my eyes, so badly that I could hardly close them! It also came right off when I tried to apply the rest of my makeup (which is only a powder). So, if you're not going to put anything else on your face but this, than you'll be fine. But...if you want to put more makeup on around your eye area, don't use this...it dries your eye area out too badly.

This stuff is awesome! Just apply a few drops, then top it off with a dab of moisturizing cream. That will prevent the white flaking issue.

I had used this for about 2 years, and it was wonderful. It was the ONLY thing effective for my dark circles. I could literally watch them disappear. Then I ran out at the end of 2006, and started a new bottle. It didn't work at all, so I bought another bottle about a month later, and it was also worthless. I'm very disappointed to lose the only product that worked for me. I'd give it ZERO stars if I could.

I have been using under eye serum for about 3 years, and it is great. Your bags disappear in seconds. Just be careful that you don't use too much, because as it dries, you could get white flakes. If that happens, just dab a little water on it. I hope it is never discontinued.
