I quickly went from excited to sorry! I should have read the ingredients -- albumim...egg whites! Then I would have known it would dry stiff and turn white as soon as I moved my face. It looked like my skin was drawn and crusty instead of puffy...at least my puffy is clean!! Now I won't try any of their other products!! Shame on the "after picture" for not looking drawn and crusty...that would be "true" advertising!!

I totally love it. I suffer from sinus and allergy problems that causes puffiness. Also, from the humidity here on Maui. The first time I applied it, instantly, the puffiness was gone. It did leave a film, so I washed my face. I applied a little to a light skin contour foundation. Just a dot and 2 drops of serum. It was like it took 10 years off. I have great skin already and really no visible wrinkles yet. I am 31 years old. I will buy more. You can't even tell I have any light makeup on. My eyes don't feel heavy anymore. Thank you!

Like everybody says -- white residue. It stays in place, but the white residue is obvious and negates the good aspect. If they reformulated this product making it flesh colored and with light deflectors, I'm sure that sales would skyrocket.

I can't seem to determine what my under eye problem is, much less find a product that works for it. I don't have bags and I don't have dark circles; I just have a visible line/wrinkle under my eyes that looks terrible. It is genetic and I want to find a cure for it! This is not it. It firms up the area, I guess, but at the cost of looking like you haven't cleaned your eye area after waking up. Who's to say if it has the same benefits once you put moisturizer or make-up over it to cover the flaky look from it? I'm not impressed.

I have dark under eye circles so I can't use this product without some sort of concealer, and that's where you're doomed. Any makeup over the product looks dry and cracked and if you moisten it, you lose the tightening effect. Plus it definitely feels like perma-bond glue on the skin. Yuck.

The first time I used this product, it worked like magic!! Then, the second time, I noticed it did indeed firm up my skin, but like someone else mentioned, it was like glue drying under my eyes. The product dries, cinches up your skin, and then, as EVERYONE has noticed, leaves a white residue under your eye. If you're willing to wear heavy make-up to cover the film, you'll look great. But, if you're like me and don't like a lot of make-up, this product will work against you, making it almost impossible to apply concealer or powders. I do not recommend this product.

Finally found something that will take care of the SMALL lines and SLIGHT discoloration under and around my eyes. Of course, you have to apply it correctly to ensure you don't get the 'residue' some of these reviews complain about and there is a 'tightening' feeling - which is proof that is actually drawing up your skin and WORKING - duh!!! I have a feeling those who don't experience the results of this product are too far gone for anything but surgery or Botox. But for those of us in our mid to late 30's with minor flaws, it's TREMENDOUS and instantaneous. Go for it!

I do not like this product. It goes on pretty simply, but after it sets it feels like glue drying on your skin and it leaves an embarrassing white film behind.

I have been using this for about 2 1/2 weeks and I can see a difference even the people at work wanted to know what I was doing differently. It does cake up (that why I gave it a 4), but I have tried so many products and this is by far the best. Would buy this again.

This worked slightly, but it left a dry film beneath my eye. I don't recommend it at all.
