Don't use too much--just pat a dab on the 'puffed' portion of the undereye over makeup and wait 3 minutes. Too much causes a white flaky appeariance. If eye is pulled to tight, dampen fingertip and pat lightly over area. I love it and have been using it for years--especially to help suck in those awful bags and puffs under the eyes in the morning. It gives me a refreshed look that lasts all day!

This is a real miracle product if you want FAST results for puffiness under the eys. Apply very sparingly tho, as it will show white coarseness to the area if too much. I love it!

Best to use with a light sunscreen moisturizer underneath & no makeup over it. Let it dry without blinking (takes a few seconds). Lasts all day, unless you get it wet. It is the next best thing to conceal the heavy bags under my eyes, without surgery!

I could be a poster child for this product. This is the only product that shows immediate results and lasts all day. I did have trouble at first until I learned how to apply it correctly ( I put a few drops in my hand and wet my finger and just swipe it a few times under the eye, wipe off any that goes outside the puffy area and let it dry. Then I apply blush & I'm done) I usually buy two at a time so I will never run out.
