I cannot swallow tablets or caplets so I specifically ordered the capsules. The description states that the manufacture has recently changed the "packaging". When the product arrived it came in caplet form and had to be returned. It is an effective product that I depend on but cannot take unless I can find the capsules. I am very disappointed even with a full refund.
I have taken this product for years and it still helps me. I am 71 years old, have many aches and pains, and this helps me get around without a cane or walker.
For adults, take three (3) Caplets daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
