Bought this particular product because my doctor recommended I take it in conjunction with Red Yeast Rice which I take to control my elevated cholesterol. I had been getting muscle cramps (especially at night) and this has helped quite a bit. It is also one of the few I cpuld find in the lower mg size I was recommended.

My doctor recommended this product along with Red Rice Yeast. I have not used Lipitor in two years. This combo in the right dosage it is as effective .

both rice bran oil & soy have lot's of Omega 6 (inflammatory).

It seems to work fine. I think I feel better after taking it, Although my BP has been erratic since I started taking the CoQ10. I take BP meds so I'm going to try an adjust the CQ10 dosage. I take 2-50mg a day now. Today (3-16) my BP was 95/61 and my pulse was 112. Almost passed out when I stood up. I'm usually a 118/75 and a pulse rate of about 80.

After taking this supplement for only a few weeks I feel more energetic and it was recommended to help with my high cholesterol. I felt a little stomach upset when I first began taking this supplement but the stomach upset is gone now and I feel great.

It has helped me with heart health. I also had a fifteen to sixteen year old cat who could not climb the one foot from the top of the step stool to the pantry shelf where his food is. I started giving him CoQ10 and he now can jump over three feet to a shelf on a window with a cat door. The results were pretty dramatic and quick, and I don't think this was just a coincidence.

I heard from a TV news show that this was a good supplement to take. I don't know what it's doing - I have taken it for a couple months now. I will probably continue a little while longer, but it's expensive so I'll have to decide if I buy it again or not.
