I've faithfully taken the 2 capsules daily as directed. It's easy to take but after almost 2 mos. I can't yet be certain of incredible results. I will try for at least one more month. Will recommend if and when I see definite results.

The products required you to rake two pills which were fine. I used the product for 6 months and experienced some growth but it did nothing for the thinning at all. It is too expensive for the results that it yields. Not worth it. I like Phytophanare and I am going to switch back to their products ASAP.

I was experiencing hair loss and thinness. I went to my doctor a skin and hair specialist. He prescribed VIVISCAL, which I purchased in his office. He did say it will take about 2-3 months to notice a differance. He was right!! I take it twice daily and have been for about 8 months a will continue to do so. I buy it now from DRUGSTORE.COM because it is less expensive. My hair is much thicker and grows much faster.

Recommended daily intake: Take 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 6 months or until the desired results have been achieved (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, taken with water after food). Thereafter, take 1 - 2 tablets daily as required. Viviscal tablets are easy to swallow and virtually odor free.
