This works pretty well for me, to de-stress in general, and therefore to help sleep. It is not miraculous, but it does help. I mostly take it if I wake up in the middle of the night to help relax and fall back asleep. At night I mix it with much less water. I'll also take it in the afternoon, or any time of day, that I am feeling stressed. It does seem calming, but does not cause any grogginess or sluggishness or anything like that.

Since hitting the age of 50, I've had a terrible time getting to sleep at night. TotalSleep helps me calm down and feel relaxed enough to fall asleep. When I get up in the morning there is no hazy, foggy feeling to deal with. An additional benefit is that during the next day I feel much more calm and not anxious about my work load. I enjoy drinking the cinnamon flavor as a hot tea at night. It tastes wonderful, but make sure you stir it well. I'm happy to find a cure for my insominia that does not include prescription drugs.

I am a bad insomniac, but hate to take pills, not even tylenol. So, when I saw this product advertised as all natural and easy to take, I had to try it. It works great because it slowly eases you to sleep in about an hour, unlike other sleep-aids, that hit you over the head and you wake up groggy the next morning for hrs. It is a little tough to wake up from this because the sleep is so nice, but once you get up and walk around, the grogginess wears off. As for the flavors, the apple is very tastey and the cinnamon flavor isnt too great, but for the results, I dont mind drinking it down quick. I would highly recommend this product to all the other insomniacs out there. Not for daily use, but for those nights you can seem to get to sleep and need to.

This stuff tastes awful. It's way too sweet - artificial. It did nothing for me...I threw it away. A complete waste of money. Take a benadryl instead.

I have used several different sleep aids, both over the counter and prescription, and all have left me in a haze for several hours after waking up. I have started taking Total Sleep for several weeks now, and could not be happier. I feel it is much more than just a sleep aid. I wake up full of energy, and completely relaxed. It brings the day to a relaxing close, rather than a chemically induced slumber. Another surprising delight was the great taste of the drinks. I have recommended this product to several friends, and would recommend to anybody that may have a tough time getting to bed, or even a tough time getting up in the mornings. IT DOES BOTH!

After I was diagnosed with a degenerative muscle disorder, I experienced anxiety associated with the diagnosis that I was able to deal with during the day. It was at night when I needed to rest that Id lay awake for hours worrying. I was looking for something I could use without messing up my other medications and tried TotalSleep on the recommendation of a friend. Even though I got immediate results, I took it nightly for a couple weeks. After that my sleep pattern had improved such that I only use it occasionally now. TotalSleep allows me to fall asleep quickly and wake rested. I really like it. Tastes good too.
