I take two capsuls every day and I feel great. I take the bone density test and always pass with flying colors. I shall take it as long as I can. I think it really helps my bones - I recently had a severe fall off of a ladder - I was careless. I am 78 and all that happened to me was a little stiffness the next day but perfectly normal after that. I had landed on my right hip and if it weren;t for the calcium I have been taking for so long I dread to think of the outcome. It has proven itself to me for sure.

Have been using this product for several months and love it. First one I found that does not contain cellulose or any of the stearates. It is a great value and I'll definitely keep using it.

I have used this product for years. My calcium levels are therapeutic without any problems. I do wish the capsules were a little smaller, but they are not hard to swallow, it is just a personal opinion. I have had no side effects from taking this supplement.

I have been using this product for several years to help prevent osteoporosis. So far so good. I am 73. I do wish the capsule was a little smaller, but it's still easy to swallow. No real downside to this product. I plan to keep taking it.
