Does "your friend" have problems with smelly gas? Look no further; your smelly "friend's" flatulence problems may be over. Meet Subtle Butt™ disposable gas neutralizers.
This pack of 5 saving graces (also affectionately known as gas pads, fart pads or fart filters) effectively filters the odor caused by flatulence; simply stick one in the right place and you're ready for a chili cook-off.
Each 3.25" square filter is made of soft fabric with an antimicrobial treatment on the side touching the skin. The fabric is impregnated with activated carbon, which faces the underwear or the pants and has a vast surface area for bad odors to adhere to and get neutralized. Two adhesive strips are strategically placed so you know which side is which. And at around 1/32" thick, you will never know it's there.

I decided to try these because my medicine makes me gassy. It doesn't matter at home, but when I'm out to eat or working with my physical therapist it can be very embarrassing for me. These seem to help quite a bit! I use them whenever I know I will be going certain places and it has cut back on my self consciousness. Glad I found them, but wish their were more in a pack. Downside? The adhesive strips stick to my underwear, but peel off of the pad sometimes. Also can leave a mark on the fabric where the adhesive strip was even after washing.

This works *wonderfully*! I take medications (shots and pills) that cause copious amounts of gas, and this has saved me more than once. I even wear them to bed to prevent my poor husband from suffering. I think that the people who are saying that they don't work aren't really using them correctly. They have to be *perfectly* positioned, and need to be used with very snug underwear to hold them in place and against the body. I would say that if you suffer from this humiliating problem, you should definitely try these.

Does mask the odor but wish it could diminish the sound too. I do feel more comfortable in close spaces now such as airlines.

It's a great product and does just what it says. Very helpful when you have to travel a bunch. Wish I'd had an extra pack to hand to the guy across the aisle from me on my last trip!! I would also recommend for expectant mothers.

Comments about Solutions That Stick Subtle Butt, Disposable Gas Neutralizer Pads, 5 ea:
I tried the product because, since I have IBS, I thought it might help on those days when I was gas incontinent. It didn't work at all, even when I tried using multiple patches at once to cover a larger area. Its a good idea, but it doesn't work.
