I've been using this stuff for about a year. If you are a fan of smoothies, simply add a scoop of this to your favorite one (I also add a tablespoon of ground flax seeds as well) . It'll keep you full and supports natural energy. If you are trying to lose weight simply add this in the mix with exercise and eating less. I love it and I am truly a fan back for more. The truth is every BODY is different, so be sure to do what you are suppose too by drinking lots of water, eating less, and exercising, then you can fully capture the full benefit of this, well any product! If you are lazy, don't expect to see the magic! If you are trying to get better and are will to work towards the goal, this will definitely help!

I've been using this for almost two months now and it's great stuff. I'm not sure about weight loss but it does make me feel better and I am losing weight slowly, it'd be better if I exercised more. I use it with the pills and they both work great in my opinion, it gives me a big energy boost that I can really feel more than I thought I'd be able to, I've noticed a big improvement in my skin, and the appetite suppression is odd. For example, sometimes it suppresses my appetite and sometimes I get a rather ravenous feeling to eat but always when I eat I can't eat that much before I'm completely full. So the end result is that I eat less even though it seems to cause me to crave food more at times.

I've been using this product for the past two weeks, and so far haven't seen any benefits from it. The powder won't disolve well (doesn't disolve at all!), but the taste isn't bad. I don't think its bitter at all-just kind of berry-ish. I'll keep using it until I run out, but I won't be buying it again.

I know people who swear that acai gives them more energy. And I'm sure it has lots of health benefits. My major quibble here is the awful taste. I had planned to put two scoops of this powder into my morning smoothies but have found it so bitter and foul tasting that I have barely been able to add one scoop. It ruins anything its added to. I can see why there aren't many powdered versions of this product and why it's often concealed within fruit drinks. Very disappointing.
