Bought this for my 23 y/o son. He only uses this product, & has for over a year. he states that it's the best on the market, & his friends agree!

This is an amazing product. The foam is an excellent way to deliver the active ingredient, which is 2% salicylic acid. This is a very effective acne product. It also goes well as a scalp treatment or a body wash for areas prone to acne (back, etc). This is such a good product that it is now one of my staple products that I must always have. It smells better than the neutrogena acne line and we know how awful those can be, ranging from the original oil-free acne wash (like orange mouthwash) to the new aloe & chamomile green one (reeks of 80s lady perfume). This product gets it just right in the scent department. Just make sure you shake it before using as the instructions indicate! This bottle lasts a long time! Worth every penny. It does dry out your skin a little bit but all acne products tend to do that anyway.

I really like this cleanser. I love the fact that it works for 24 hours. It is a strong product and can be a little drying at first, also you should rinse very well especially around the sensitive eye area. I've been using this for about a year and find it far better than the cleanser that comes with the University Severe Acne kit for my skin.

I think the reason why it works better than Proactive for ME is because the main ingredient is salicylic acid instead of benzol peroxide. I like the fact that is does not bleach my towels and my night wear... the fact that it doesn't bleach my fabric puts me at ease at the thought of what it's doing to me.

I just recently started using it and I absolutely LOVED the foaming effect on my face and that it was a very fluffy texture leaving my face soft. It was very siple and it comes off easily with just a splash of water. There were no harsh smells and my skin wasn't irritated at all. I have very oily skin prone to pimples so I use this with a moisturizer and it keeps my skin clear all day! And it's oil-free so it doesn't clog pores. I love that it keeps treating m =y face all day. I'm amazed it didn't dry out my skin, and I will definitely keep using this!
