This seems to be well made, but the bristles are really soft. It will not pick up blush from a compact. I tried it with loose powder, and it works better with that, although I prefer my retractable brush for loose powder. I bought another Ecotools brush that is called a blush brush (from another site - could not find it on drugstore.com), and there is a big difference. That one works great with blush.

I just got this brush a couple of weeks ago and I've been using it everyday to set my foundation with some powder. Bristles are super soft and it applies just the right amount of product that my face doesn't get cakey. I own other Eco Tools brushes and I simply love this brand! I want to try the kabuki brush next.

This is my go-to brush on the daily with Maybelline Mineral Power loose powder; it provides a nice, even finish. I also use it after applying blush for a nice blended look. I am a HUGE fan of the Eco Tools line of products!

So great for applying my mineral foundation. Applies the perfect amount and is sooooo soft. This brush has never "shed" before and can be used for years with proper care. Highly recommended.

I really like the look and feel of this brush. The bristles are super soft and feel nice against your skin. however, I feel like they are so soft that it is actually a little hard to get powder on the brush, and less precise in application. I actually wish the bristles were a little bit stiffer. It takes a few times to get an adequate amount of blush on your cheeks, whereas the brush that I just tossed and replaced with this one just required one pass. But overall I am fairly pleased

I Purchased this brush a year and half ago from [...]. I have used it EVERYDAY since then and it is still like new. The bristles are super soft and distribute powder evenly. Once a week, I use baby shampoo to wash the brush and then gently comb it and allow it to air dry. PERFECT!
