This is probably the only energy drink that I've ever tried where it isn't so big that you can't finish it, and result in having q quick pep with a very bad crash atterward. The 5-hour is 5 hours (almost exactly it seems) of long-lasting energy. I take it for a needed boost in my day, or when I want to over-achieve in my daily routine of anything from workouts to home repairs and even working the complex projects at the office. Never feel odd when using, as it feels natural, gives the energy it claims to, and the duration, without fail everytime. There are a variety of flavors too! This multi-pack is a steal as locally, these single bottles run over $6 EACH.
