The Gaggia Milk Island locks onto your Gaggia Platinum espresso machine to deliver fresh foamed and steamed milk.  Add cold milk to the carafe, which holds up to 13.5 oz, and turn the steam knob on your Platinum machine to the milk island setting.  When you've finished foaming and steaming milk, the Gaggia Milk Island is easy to take apart and clean, with a black plastic top and a no-drip spout.  You can even adjust the amount of foam for a wet or dry cappuccino.
