I dont normally use 2-in-1, heard awful things about them and how you always need separate items. My scalp got very dry this winter and with my stress levels - dandruff. So I tried this and it not only took care of my problems, left my hair soft, manageable, and smooth. I tend to follow with a light leave in conditioner but found with this, I didn't have to. The time it saves you in the shower too for being 2-in-1 is really nice too - in and out. =)

I've used this product for several years. I recently switched to a salon brand, on the advice of my stylist, thinking it would work better. It didn't. I don't get dandruff all over, only a small patch in the front. After using the salon brand a couple of times, I noticed the dandruff returning, and so did my stylist. I came back to Head & Shoulders, and it went away after the first wash! Even though it's 2-in-1, I still use conditioner after...my hair is too dry if I don't. Still, it's very much worth it!

Head 'N Shoulders Smooth & Silky is my favorite shampoo, especially in the fall//winter when my scalp gets dry and flaky. I try to use it only once or twice a week, but I love the smell and the luxurious conditioning it gives compared to all my other regular shampoos that I find myself reaching for it almost every shower. My hair is very long, extremely thick and wavy but can get super dry, so it drinks up the added moisture from this 2in1. I use a separate conditioner afterwards, as anyone with medium-to-long hair should. My hair & scalp love this product! I highly recommend it. I have even mailed it to relatives in other countries, and they love it as well. It's that good.

My husband buys Head & Shoulders. One day, the bottle he bought had a little sample bottle of this attached to it. I normally would never buy Head & Shoulders because my stylist(and best friend) told me not to. Anyway, We went on a camping trip to a lake and I wanted a small bottle, plus I didn't really care how my hair looked, so I took it. I seriously couldn't believe it! I think this stuff is so wonderful! My hair is ridiculously frizzy(even where I live in the desert) and this got rid of ALL of the Frizz. I bought a $30(5 oz) bottle of bumble and bumble frizz cream that did not work this good. I told my sister, who has worse frizz than me. She hated it though. I don't know why. I usually used an additional conditioner(biolage) with it. My hair has never been better. I will continue using it. It worked for me, but not for my sister(very curly frizzy hair).

I've used this product for years now - its the only head & shoulders I like, as it does leave my hair "smooth and silky". Now, I only use it once in a while and I also use an additional conditioner. I've never found a 2in1 product that was good enough on its own - I have a ton of hair that gets quite dry. I gave it 5 stars because as far as dandruff shampoos go I love it.

I've also used a spot of this (VERY tiny amount with lots of water) on my baby when he has cradle cap, and after a few applications the cradle cap clears up. I think it - or any dandruff shampoo - would be too harsh for a child so use caution on kids.

I try to always keep my hair looking good but during the iowa winters dandruff is a problem. I've tried a lot of others and none work as good as Head & Shoulders 2&1 really helps me.

I liked this at first because of the really sweet smell, but after constantly using this product it made my scalp flakey with small white dust, kind of like dandruff and it was so hard to clean out. Im not buying anything from head and shoulders ever again.

Terrible! I spent money on this junk and have only used it twice. It's SO hard to brush out. I figured since it was the 2-in-1 it wouldn't be so bad but OUCH! I about pulled my hair out trying to get a brush through it. Didn't like it at all.

I generally like Head & Shoulders shampoo, but this one caused my granddaughter and I to break out in huge pimples on our scalp and everywhere the shampoo contacted. Apparently the ingredients used to condition curly hair, which may help improve hair health, wreck havoc on skin. I paid quite a bit more than I normally would because of the advertising claims but finally threw it out because it was such a problem.
