I have arthritis and a variety of sports injuries, surgery on both knees, and Move Free Advanced is the only non-prescription product that helps. Unlike Glucosamine and Chondroitin, which never seemed to make much of a difference, I knew within the first three weeks that Move Free Advance relieved knee pain and swelling.
The key ingredient that makes a difference is hyaluronic acid [chemical name Sodium Hyaluronate] which is the active ingredient in Synvisc injections, NeoVisc injections and Orthovisc injections. Several years ago I had a series of three Synvisc injections at a cost of $1,500; the Synvisc injections worked extremely well and the results lasted about one year. For the past five years I have had the same results taking non-prescription oral supplements with hyaluronic acid such as Move Free Advanced.
The hyaluronic acid reacts with the synovial fluid to lubricate the joint and ease swelling and pain. Veterinarians were the first to use hyaluronic acid injections on race horses to treat joint pain and stiffness; they subsequently found that the hyaluronic acid traveled throughout the body to help areas beyond the point of injection and started using the oral version as well.
Many of our human medicines started out with animal testing and in veterinary practices before the drug companies introduced human versions of the exact same product available by prescription at a very high cost. Now many oral supplements with the same chemical compounds as their prescription drug counterparts are available over the counter.

I purchase this product for my 60 years old mom. She has chronic heel pain. This product can relieve her pain; however, the pain will come back once she stop using it.

It's ME! I have tried everything, every brand through the last 10 years. I can't find any that really work. I still hurt and still am not moving well. But, I learned NOT TO STOP! Because if I do, I HURT MORE! So it does work just not so much for me.

This product requires a 2-week 'load' phase where you must take 3 tablets 2x daily w/food intake for max absorbtion. After that, you take 3 tablets 1x day w/food. I experienced stiffness in my hands, neck, elbows, knees, legs and feet upon rising for several weeks. I discovered this product and wanted to try it. Read that MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin can help with symptoms but this formula already blends the right levels without buying multiple products. Truly the following morning of taking this supplement, I had much better mobiilty upon rising from sleep. By the end of the week, I was pain free when rising and throughout the day! My biggest challenge is taking multiple pills regularly - I take a multi, fish oil, coq10, ala, b12 -- so this was 'more pills' -- however the benefits are noticable and well worth taking it! Don't miss too many days or you'll have to do the load phase again. Remember to take w/food as directed and you'll avoid cramps. Truly, this is a 'cure' for my osteoarthritis!

After 3 days of taking as directed, I began to have severe stomach pain. My doctor told me to stop taking immediately! After not taking for 24 hrs., pain subsided.

I take this product twice a day, one in the morning and one at night before bedtime.
