I find this product great to use. I have not had problems with bristles falling out and with a liquid soap it lathers nicely.

This is JUNK! I ordered cause of the non slip ergo handle and it is smooth wood. I called and they sent a replacement, same smooth wood handle. No green grip like shown, now I got two that slip out of my hands.

I've used a similar brush from BB&B, but this one lacks the same quality. The bristles are paper thin and after a few weeks they started to shed plus the handle snapped into.

This brush has the inflexible massaing nubs longer than the flexible lathering bristles- the bristles might as well not be there. I think whoever designed this never used it. Oh, and the handle is too long.

Nice sturdy built piece but highly unfunctional.Balls roll up and down only,and bristles too short to even feel them on your body.

I really like the brush head with cleaning bristles as well as a massage feature. Other back brushes have not held up very well and experienced much shorter lifetimes. This quality constructed item will last a long time.
