Wanted to love this so I could finally have an afforadable eyeliner! This didn't work for me - the color is odd (ends up looking dark gray) and it smudges and wears off very easily.

I've tried a lot of eyeliners, and I keep coming back to this one. It's easy to use and I love the tip at the other end for blending. If you keep it sharp you can get some pretty good lines with it. It's pretty inexpensive compared to many other brands, which is always a plus. Love it!

I've used Cover Girl Eye Pencil off & on for 20 years. I've tried many of those that are 4 & 5 times more expensive. This is a great product. I keep 2-3 in my cosmetic drawer. I have no interest in trying anything else.

This is the perfect eyeliner. Comes in a nice color and stays on, dosen't smudge and has a long lasting effect. Definitely worth the money.

I have never written a review before, but this product deserves one. I have always used CoverGirl Perfect Blend eyeliner - and I am a makeup junkie. I have never found anything better even high end makeup doesn't compare. Well after YEARS of only wearing black eyeliner and doing a lot of smudging and blending depending on the "look" I wanted, I decided to try the black/brown color. I wish I had 10 years ago, fabulous color!! Very soft, completely softened the all the makeup I wear with it. Love it!

This is a wonderful eye liner. It goes on smooth, lasts all day, and that for me a plus because I hate having those darn raccoon eyes. I'd recommend it for sure
