My Favorite bandages by Elmo in Raleigh, NC on 8/25/09Pros: Easy To Use, Effective, Promotes Healing, Safe, Stays on Describe Yourself: Novice First Aid Skills Best Uses: Keep In The Medicine Cabinet, Long Term Use Primary use: Personal Bottom Line: recommended Nexcare bandages are the only bandages I use and the clear waterproof ones are my favorite. They stick really well (even to fingers) and are much less noticable than the "flesh" colored bandages. Once applied they really are waterproof. I get excellent healing results with these bandages. I recommend them without reservation.
Clear, Clean and Really Waterproof! by DogWoman in SF Bay Area on 8/11/09Pros: Easy To Use, Effective, Promotes Healing, Safe Describe Yourself: CPR Trained Best Uses: Keep In The Medicine Cabinet, Keep In The Trunk, Outdoor Activities, Quick Fix Primary use: Personal Bottom Line: recommended This is a very cool bandage, and the assorted sizes help with a number of boo-boo sizes. I actually purchased this assortment for the small spot size -- wish they would sell a box of JUST small spots. Sometimes my fingers crack at the tips, and I need to bandage them. The clear bandage is easy to apply, and thin enough so as to be able to fully utilize my fingers. They do stay on quite well, even with my hands getting washed so frequently - and they are waterproof to allow the "wounds" to heal. Also, the clear part makes the bandage almost unnoticeable. We love this brand!

no better bandage by cccme in Western NY on 2/26/09Pros: Effective, Promotes Healing, Safe Describe Yourself: CPR Trained, Medical Professional, Parent Best Uses: Emergency Preparedness, Keep In The Medicine Cabinet, Keep In The Trunk, Quick Fix Primary use: Personal Bottom Line: recommended I only buy these bandages. They stick well all the way around and seal out dirt and water for as long as the edges are not lifted. While they don't lift easily, they will not re-stick as some others will do, so careful placement is necessary. Skin must be clean and very dry for these to work well. Be careful not to let antiseptic ointment contact skin where adhesive will be placed.
Love It! by Sparkette in Anytown, USA on 10/29/08Pros: Easy To Use, Effective, Safe Describe Yourself: Novice First Aid Skills Best Uses: Emergency Preparedness, Keep In The Medicine Cabinet, Keep In The Trunk, Outdoor Activities Primary use: Personal Bottom Line: recommended I work in construction. I am very active. Regular band aids end up coming off shortly after I start my day. These are completely water proof and DO NOT come off until you physically take it off. These are soo great!
Nexcare is my favorite bandage brand! by leppi in New York, NY on 10/23/08Pros: Easy To Use, Effective, Promotes Healing, Really stays put, Safe Describe Yourself: Novice First Aid Skills Best Uses: Athletic activities, Keep In The Medicine Cabinet, Keep In The Trunk, Long Term Use, Outdoor Activities, Quick Fix, Water activities Primary use: Personal Bottom Line: recommended Nexcare makes the best bandages I've ever used. I had several moles removed and needed to keep them dry and clean for 48 hours - these bandages stayed on through showers, working out, EVERYTHING! They're super comfortable, you'll forget you even have it on. They're a little more expensive than other bandages, but really worth it, because you'll only need to use one, instead of contstantly re-applying.
