Shake well before use. Apply liberally to cuticle area, and leave for 2 minutes. Using a nail brush, "brush" the cuticles gently but thoroughly toward the cuticle. The dead skin simply brushes away! Wash hands and nails with warm, soapy water and apply Handbag Holiday to finish. Gorgeous and easy. |
