We have two big hounds. The biggest bloodhound loves squeakers. The toy itself is very durable and withstood heavy abuse but the squeaker did not. Unfortunate, since having a squeaker is usually a deciding factor in the purchase of a dog toy for us. If you're looking for a very durable squeaker toy, try the Kong Wubbas.

My French Bulldog has a large head and even larger jaws! He will tear apart every toy I get for him....that is to be expected. This toy is still in excellent condition, and he plays with it often. He likes the squeaker.

My dog loves to play tug and loves toys that squeak and that have a stuffed-animal texture when she holds it in her mouth. Usually her stuffed toys don't last but a day or so before she has all the stuffing out. But this is one that she plays with every day and has held up for several months. Only now is it time for a replacement. I love the handle for me to hold onto while we play tug-o-war.
