I used it for acne scars and it faded them a bit but didn't work miracles or anything. Plus it clogged my pores and caused breakouts on my face. I suggest you use it on areas other than the face.

I may be past age 25, but I still have the redness from acne scars and white rasied scars from chicken poxs. The acne scars are recent, chicken pox scars are about 13 years old - but still very visible. I have been using this for 3 weeks now, day and night. I use it throughout the day because its clear, non-sticky, non-greasy and easily absorbs into my skin. I have noticed the redness and bumpy texture from the acne scars is slowly fading and it's the best results I have seen using any scar treatment (I've tried the pricey kind - didn't work on me). As for the chicken pox scars I imagine it will take much more time considering how long I have had them. But they are looking lighter in color and not as noticable - I'm very pleased and plan to buy more of this.

I have experienced immediate results in the two weeks I have using this product. It has faded the few dark spots on my face far better than anything else I have tried. What I am most happy about is that Preferon is working on the ugly stretch marks on my upper arms. I hate my arms because of those dang stretch marks and I thought my eyes were deceiving me when I saw that they were actually beginning to fade. Trust me, NOTHING has helped fade the mark on my arms until now. I am on my second tube and will reorder 2-3 more this week. If you use it at least once per day as I do, the tube will only last a week or two, so buy at a couple at a time. I'm very happy with the results I've seen from Preferon.

Easy to use, inexpensive, and actually works. I'm on my second stick, and my scars are unmistakably lighter. I use them on my legs because I have really bad dark spots all over from tweezing ingrown hair many years ago. Not only did the spots get lighter so far, but I no longer seem to have ingrown hair problem since I've started using this product. Both the cause and the effect solved!

This product is truly effective on old scars. I could see results after two weeks and now after almost two months I am very satisfied. I will continue using it until the scars completely disappear. I¿ve had them for eleven years so it¿s really impressive that it is actually working on scars that are that old. I am amazed and deeply pleased. My scars are small so a little goes a long way. This is only my second tube and for the price it¿s a steal. It's very easy to apply as it is a tube and it's not creamy, not completely like a gel either, more like you would use a lip balm so no mess at all. That was the reason why I chose to try this specific product.
