Is it supposed to be this runny?

Or did I just get a bad batch? It's like soup. More of it spills on the shower floor than gets on my hair. I really, really love Nature's Gate products and I want to love this one, but ... I just can't. It does a decent enough job of detangling, but doesn't really do anything special for my hair. It smells good -- minty and fresh. But ... I don't love it. Sorry! :-{

I used this with the shampoo and didn't care for the result. I like that the product is all-natural, but it made my hair feel greasy. Also the smell reminds me of toothpaste.

I use the shampoo, this is just the natural companion. The two are made for each other. You really can't use any other product with the shampoo. It's like holding hands with a stranger. It just doesn't work right.

I LOVE this product! It has a great smell and really detangles my hair without weighing it down. My husband has taken to using this product on the weekends when he's home and reports that it even keeps working when he's on the road and using a different (2-in-1) shampoo.

I like this Strengthening Conditioner better than the shampoo!!! The pros: leaves head tingly, hair is minty/ herbally fresh, and is not too heavy so that my loose curls are shiny and bouyant. The con is that the consistency of this conditioner is a little too slimy. Sometimes it slides out through my fingers before I even get it to my scalp, so I really feel like if it were just a touch thicker it would be a Grade A product. Also, I recommend that thicker haired people wet their hair thoroughly first, and then use a bit more conditioner than they normally would.

This cream rinse has a nice minty smell. I love that its natural and sulfate-free. It makes my scalp tingle in a good way, but I wish that it were a little heavier. I need more of a deep conditioner for my hair texture. I'll continue to use as long as I have my short style.

My hair was very weak and fragile after a hair dying accident and two color stripping treatments. This conditioner (with the matching shampoo) brought it back to life! My hair is soft, shiny and feels much healthier, without being weighed down with silicone and other heavy moisturizing ingredients. I will definitely continue using it.
