I really do not care for off brand tape, there is no comparison to the quality of Scotch brand tape, both the adhesive and the other materials used. I use a lot of tape and this is a very economical and convenient way to buy it. I also hate to throw away all of those dispensers that are still perfectly good so in a very small way, I recycle the dispensers I already had and save money at the same time. I have used the same dispenser for over 20 rolls of tape and it is still unbroken and going strong.
