But it does provide enough conditioning to allow removal of knots. I bath my child and night and use this product in her wavy/curly hair after shampooing when her hair is really knotty. The following morning, after use, her hair is more manageable and has less fly aways than when I don't use it. Forget No More Tangles until J&J REFORMULATES the product to remove ALL CARCINOGENICS. I did read the comments before buying, knowing that I was taking a risk. Unfortunately I feel the same as many other posters. My kids hair ended up looking greasy and dirty all day, it was not good enough to truly comb through my daughter's long and straight hair easily, and the smell is much too strong. I actually do like the smell, but it's so strong that my kids smell like it all day long. It gets to the point that I just don't want to smell it any more! Plus, my 12 year old son doesn't want to smell like that all day. He gets terrible bed head and needs a detangler in the mornings, but not if it's going to make him look like he has bad hygene and he smells like a cream sickle all day long. I agree that it is a little heavy, but I wonder if maybe you rinse a bit that it might be better. I like the smell and personally don't think it's too strong.

I can feel the produt on her hair when I touch it. Also it has a strong artificial orangey smell that I do not like. Horrible buy and will be replacing it soon.

Best Uses Comments about Kiss My Face Kids Detangler Creme, 8 oz: I wanted a natural product to use for my 2 yr. old and it fits the bill. But its a bit sticky/heavy. Once the hair dries its fine, but it leaves a tiny bit of a feeling like you get when you have any product in your hair. If you are not chemical conscious, I would just go with the johnson and johnson baby detangler. I will probably try some of the other products based on the fact that is doesn't have some of the additives I've been trying to avoid

Comments about Kiss My Face Kids Detangler Creme, 8 oz: Contrary to the other reviews, I find the orange smell to be a pleasant one. It reminds me of a "Creamsicle." AND it is NATURAL !! I agree, it may not work quite as well as J & J, but it's not full of all the toxins that the other brands are. I definitely recommend it!
