These have been used daily for my son(special needs) since he outgrew diapers. We have tried every brand on the market and have found the Tena brand to be the best fit, comfort, and absorbency for his needs by far. This is a child with urinary and bowel incontinence. It would be nice to find these same underwear from Tena that say "men's". He is aware now of the difference in genders and we have to hide the packaging. Thank you for your product and providing our lives with a little Serenity.

I have tried many different types of underwear and these are the best I have found. They are molre absorbent than other brands and are more comfortable. I will continue to use them,

I am a male with a 34 inch waist. These were too small for me. No room for my anatomy and large gaps were visible near the legs because of this. These are probably great for women, but not for men. Unfortunately TENA corporation said this product would be best for me, since their male protective underwear were too big, but they were wrong. I think TENA has a long way to go before their quality standards meet those of their competitors. When I told them yet another product did not fit they suggested yet another for me to buy. I am not wasting anymore of my money. I'll stick with others!

This product is discreet comfortable & great. I have a spinal cord injury w/no bladder control & i've used this product 4 3 yrs now. i used depends before this & they always got my pants wet. If my bladder is super full these leak some but they're 150% better than depends!!

This product has VERY poor quality control; they rip each & every time I pull them on. I'm 5'8", 145 lbs. so medium is big enough [...]The company is indifferent. If they are attempting to compete with DEPENDS, forget it! Very poor product.
