My daughter 5, was so constipated she couldn't even stand or sit it hurt so bad. She was crying and in complete agony! Was ready to rush her to the doctor when I looked this up and bought this. I feel soooo horrible I did not buy this sooner. In less than 20 minutes she said she had to go to the bathroom. It was amazing how fast this worked and WITHOUT stomach cramping. She was so happy she finally was out of pain. She said those penguin's sure know how to fix my tummy!
My son became constipated after taking narcotics for pain after surgery. We tried Miralax without any relief. Exactly 30 minutes after my 8 year old son took 4 tablets, he went to the bathroom! This is a life saver!
My biggest worry with this product was whether my 4 yr old son would eat them - he loves them! He asks for them. My son has encopresis and sees a pediatric gastroenterologist - these tablets are part of his "regimen." He uses Miralax daily and these tablets twice a week. Life is so much easier for everyone now. My advice to any parent contemplating these is to see a specialist (not just your pediatrician). If your child has issues with constipation, you may need some guidance - not just laxative tablets. But I do recommend these!
I have bought this several times for my two kids. They willingly take it because they like the way it tastes. While it says it works as fast as 15 minutes, it's more like an hour or two. But still, it's effective.
This product is great, I highly recommend it. No problems getting the kids to eat the tablets, they love the taste. And it's gently made them more regular. I have bought the product numerous times now.
