We use the Ionic Pro in our bedroom. The built-in oxygen converter keeps the ozone down - this was a problem in earlier ionizers. Tiny particles are instantly removed from the air and you get that 'ion flow' going around the room - you can feel the air moving. No, it's not a fan..it's not supposed to be. It is a device that removes TINY particles from the air and instantly reduces allergic-respiratory-related issues. It also makes the room smell fresher. You should place it a foot or two away from a wall as particles tend to accumulate in and around the ion pro. Clean the collector plate as instructed and this thing should last for years! So far, so wonderful! We had an Ionic Breeze for 10 years, then it broke, but Sharper Image stopped selling it. The Ion Pro is the best substitute we've ever had for it at less than 1/2 the price! Highly recommended.

This is my second ionicpro turbo. The first one is 4 years old and still going strong and I run it 24/7. I couldn't live without it and now I'm enjoying extra negative ions with the second unit. No filters to replace which is a big plus. A simple wipe down and you're good to go again. Just be sure to clean it often and it will last a long time. Love the smell of ions--like rain on dry ground.

I love this product. I have extremely bad allergies and this product has given me so much relief. I couldn't believe how much mess I got off the blades when I cleaned them. I couldn't believe I was breathing in all of that.
I would highly recommend this product. It's very quite. I use it in my bedroom and leave it on all the time. Very affordable especially since you don't have to keep buying filters over and over.
