I like these for in between days. Very comfortable. I use an overnight size for heavy days, but otherwise these work for everything else without the bulk.

I like the length of this product best, it long enough to catch the accidental urin drips up front and long enough for protection at the other end too if you have bowel problems. It's thin enough to do the job and not feel bulky.

These pads are so long that I don't know who could wear them. I'm a large woman, 5'8" and currently carrying an extra 50 pounds. And these are way, way too long and too wide. I tried cutting them down, but they were still uncomfortable.

I've purchased these for years. They were perfect for me: durable, soft, long, non-irritating and reliable. Lately, I've noticed something's different. The pad's top layer comes off after a couple of hours (and I'm not prancing around or doing anything strenuous.) The "stuffing" of the pad then starts to escape. It's a disaster. Also, the adhesive layer does not come off underpants easily and leaves a sticky residue. Blech. Unfortunately, I'm on the hunt for another brand.

I've tried a few products similar to this and found these to be great. Being in a wheelchair, I find I need the long ones and found these to be one of the longest without going to an "overnight" product, which can be bulky and uncomfortable.

These pads are 5-6 inches wide, space between my legs -- 2-3 inches wide. The extra width has to go somewhere, so the pad either cups so that everything runs front or back without touching the pad itself, or it "pleats" so everything touches the top of each pleat and then runs off from side to side.
They are also very stiff and the edges really hurt my thighs.
Usually, if I hate a pad, I put up with it until the package is finished, but this time, they're going straight in the garbage.

The long length is great for a big gal like me - better coverage helps to prevent leaks.

Kotex, you've failed me for the last time. I've been using your product for about 30 years, but no more. All of your new "improved" pads stick too much to the panties and tear to shreds when trying to remove. Horrible! Can't get the sticky part to peel off the panties. Who wants to deal with that? I'm done.
