Love these. I have only used the chocolate to me it tastes great. Great for on the go I will have one for breakfast while running around getting kids ready for school I also use them in the afternoon for a snack that is low cal but also fills me up.
I love these Atkins shakes. They taste good, great for meal replacement for dietary reasons or just in a hurry. Low carb, good quality protein. I have a strawberry in the morning and this milk chocolate for lunch and a healthy dinner. GREAT PRODUCT and at 160 calories, they're filling but not to heavy.
I like the taste of this shake very much. I first tried the vanilla which was HORRIBLE. I was afraid this would be just as bad, but was pleasantly surprised. I like these when I feel like I want a snack, but really just need something to tide me over. They leave me as satisfied as a diet shake can. Reasonably full.
My only complaint would be the packaging (something recyclable would be better) and I wish they were a little bit bigger. Make sure it's cold and use a straw! Otherwise it feels like drinking out of one of those pints of milk from grade school.
This stuff is incredibly bad. I was a huge fan of the canned Atkins drinks, and I used to love them. Their chocolate flavor is tough to screw up, but these new chocolate flavored shakes from Atkins managed to do it. They are no where near as flavorful as they used to be, and actually taste far sweeter with a bitter aftertaste. I preferred a creamy taste, not an out and out sugar taste. I had to quit drinking their shakes as a result, and I REALLY miss them in my diet. Not only that, but they got rid of the cans which were recyclable, and replaced them with a container that's going to end up in the landfill forever. Bad move Atkins Corp, all around.
